Philately - Stamps and Covers

Did you know that Clipper Cargo started in stamps? Stamps, covers, and postcards, the category of philatelics, is where we began! Named after the Clipper ships and planes that carried mail all over the world, we still sell rare pieces of paper history. Postcards and letters, paper stamped at long dead post offices, commemorating historical events, even those shipped on the Hindenburg and the Challenger rocket! Come in and see what we have in store, and take a dive into the past.

And More!

We have something for everyone here. Signed pottery, ceramics, and glass such as Wedgwood, Roseville, Lladro, Limoge, Redwing, Royal Doulton, Fenton, Waterford, Lalique, Beleek and more. Crystal glasses, German beer steins, carnival glass, hobnail glass, and uranium glass.

Outside of that we also carry books, antique toys, cast iron banks, military medals, matchbooks, pins, buttons, keys, you name it! Our natural history case is also a huge draw, full of crystals, fossils, shells and arrowheads. We get something new in every single week.

Historical Photos and Documents

Any lovers of photography? We have a huge collection of old photographs; tin types, ambrotypes, cabinet cards, you name it. Whether it is to admire the fashion of the past, because the pet in it is cute, or if it is a historical image such as those of long gone battleships and scenes of war, we have it. We also carry documents; old ledgers, receipts, and even menus. There is always something fascinating to be learned in the things that were once mundane.
